Frequently asked questions

A few answers before we talk.

Practical details about therapy, coaching, and adult evaluations, all in one place.

Getting started

How do I know which service is right for me?

Therapy is for working through trauma and emotional patterns. Coaching supports navigating neurodivergent life and practical change. An evaluation explores diagnostic questions about ADHD, autism, or both. We can talk through the fit in a free consultation.

What happens in the free consultation?

It is a 15-minute conversation to share what you are looking for, ask questions, and decide whether working together feels like a fit.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan; check with your insurer directly.

Where can I see fees?

Adult evaluations & coaching

Do you evaluate children or adolescents?

The ADHD and autism evaluation pathways presented here are for adults. Please ask if you need help finding an appropriate child or adolescent provider.

Can a report support workplace or school accommodations?

A written report may help document findings for an accommodations request. Requirements vary by workplace, school, and program, so we would discuss your specific needs and report option before the evaluation.

How long does an evaluation take?

Timing depends on the questions being explored and the evaluation scope. We will clarify the expected appointments, feedback, and report timeline before you schedule.

Do I need a diagnosis for coaching?

No formal diagnosis is needed to start a conversation about coaching. We can discuss your goals and whether coaching is the right kind of support.

Draft note — remove before publishingThe “Where can I see fees?” answer needs your actual fees or starting ranges.
